February 2026Jose is a professional and responsive host, and communication was always easy. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the beautifully designed house. One suggestion: mosquito nets on the bedroom windows and terrace doors would be helpful, as we prefer sleeping with open windows rather than using air conditioning. For transparency, the house is part of a larger complex, and we later read some discussions about possible ecological concerns related to the overall project. This did not affect our stay, and overall we had a very good experience.

January 2026This is a beautiful, almost new house. Location is perfect, in a gated community, quiet and just in front of the lake. Th house was perfectly cleaned and even better than the pictures. The host were always quick providing info and advise. The private pool was a blest for our kids. Even the house and community are pretty quiet, it is located just a few minutes from Jaco, herradura and some other nice spot: restaurants, markets and beaches. We will come back soon..!

January 2026We love our stay, the pool was perfect for our small children. The bedrooms were big and comfortable. We loved the bunkbeds too, very comfortable. We had a fantastic time at this beautiful property and enjoy very much the beautiful lake right outside the property where we got to fish.

January 2026El condominio en sí es hermoso, y quedarnos en Barca hizo que la experiencia superara mucho las expectativas. Se sentía como estar en casa, cómoda, amplia, tenía todo lo que ocupábamos para nuestra estadía. Todo se veía súper limpio y moderno. La decoración hermosa. En fin, todo genial.

January 2026El lugar es como se ve en las fotos, muy lindo y tranquilo. Lo unico es que para ir a la playa es complicado, hay que manejar y buscar una puerta de acceso y luego buscar el acceso a la playa. A parte de eso, es un lugar muy lindo y super comodo! La casa full equipada y pasamos muy bien!

July 2025I have to say the experience was much better than expected. It had been a long time since I visited a place that offers a space far better than what is shown in the photos. It's a property surrounded by areas to walk and relax. I really enjoyed the afternoons sitting by the lake—I believe this, the walks in the surroundings, and the comfort of the property are definitely its strongest points. A place I undoubtedly will return to.

July 2025Sin lugar a duda es un town house precioso! impecable! Las camas son demasiado cómodas! Las duchas con agua caliente buenísima! La vista AL LAGO es PERFECTA! Mi única recomendación sería tener ventiladores para poder utilizar durante el día, al tener el aire acondicionado apagado! Principalmente en el área de afuera pues el del techo no abarca todo el espacio! Contratamos servicio de limpieza a media semana y estuvo muy bueno tamb! Nuestros host nos ayudaron con los detalles necesarios! Deseamos volver muy pronto!
