Three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, sleep up to 10, plus a half bath. Open living room and full kitchen with natural light, A/C, and a terrace with BBQ and a hammock. The shared community pool is just steps from the house, and the beaches are a short drive away. Near Playa Avellanas and Tamarindo.

Three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom:
• Bedroom 1: two queen beds
• Bedroom 2: two queen beds
• Bedroom 3: one king bed
There is also a half bath, so five bathrooms in total.
The open living room and full kitchen get plenty of natural light. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender and rice maker. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, WiFi and cable TV.
Outside, the terrace has a BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, a hammock and an outdoor shower. The house also has a washer and dryer, board games and a safe.
The pool is the community pool: shared, and just a few steps from the house.
The house sits inside Hacienda Pinilla, a 4,500-acre gated community on the Guanacaste coast, surrounded by preserved land, lush landscapes and trails.
Three beaches are inside the community, including Playa Avellanas, known for its surf, and Playa Mansita, a favorite for sunsets. The community also has a golf course, tennis courts, horseback riding, biking trails and a Beach Club at Playa Avellanas. These are run by Hacienda Pinilla and booked directly with them.
Tamarindo, with its restaurants and shops, is a short drive away.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the property in top condition, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
• Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless previously agreed
• No parties or events allowed
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM
• No smoking inside the property
• Pets only allowed with prior approval
• Please take care of the home as if it were your own
• Any damage must be reported immediately
• Follow all Hacienda Pinilla community rules during your stay

The Beach Club, the golf course and the other community activities are booked directly with Hacienda Pinilla. Some require advance booking or have their own fees, depending on the season and availability.
We offer fast and reliable communication to assist with anything, from general questions to recommendations, reservations, or any unexpected situations that may arise.
Our goal is to make your stay effortless, comfortable, and truly memorable, while ensuring you always feel supported.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
The house sleeps 10, and that number is firm.
The pool is shared with the community; it is not private to the house.
Inside Hacienda Pinilla distances are short but not walkable, so plan on a car to reach the beaches, the Beach Club and the rest of the community.
The Beach Club and golf are booked directly with Hacienda Pinilla and may have their own fees.
Pets only with prior approval. No parties or events: Hacienda Pinilla is a quiet residential community and its rules apply to everyone inside it.

July 2026Beautiful house, with all the amenities you need. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and just steps from the pools. We spent a week as a family with small children and teenagers and there was always something entertaining to do for all ages. Best of all, the sunsets on Bonita or Mansita beach!
