Condominio Arenas is a gated residential community in Herradura, with security at the entrance, walking paths and green spaces. Inside there are three large swimming pools, a gym, basketball, soccer and volleyball courts, three playgrounds, ping pong and billiard tables and a coworking area.
Outside the gate, Plaza Herradura is 2 minutes away by car, with Auto Mercado, restaurants and everyday essentials. Playa Herradura is minutes away, Los Sueños Marina is nearby, and Jacó — restaurants, shops, surf, nightlife and tours — is a short drive.
· Only the guests on the reservation may enter — no visitors, per condominium rules.
· No parties or events.
· Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
· No smoking inside the house; fees apply.
· Pets only with prior approval; a pet fee applies.
· No glass in the pool area.
· Please don't hang laundry in visible or common areas.
· Please don't rearrange the furniture.
· No illegal drugs.
· Please respect the house and the common areas — this is a private residential community.
The entire house is yours: both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, the living and dining area, the laundry room and the private terrace with BBQ grill.
You can also use the shared amenities of Condominio Arenas — the pools, the gym, the sports courts, the playgrounds and the coworking area. Please follow the schedules posted in each area.
Check-in is self-service with a smart lock, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Park in the house's assigned space; parking is free. We send the detailed arrival instructions before check-in.
We offer attentive and friendly support throughout your stay. Our team is available to assist before arrival, during check-in and whenever needed, while always respecting your privacy. We’re happy to share local recommendations, activities and tips to help you enjoy Herradura, Jacó and the surrounding area to the fullest.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
The house is a short walk from one of the condominium pools and a playground; the main pool is a bit farther.
Arenas is a private residential community and its rules apply to everyone inside: only the guests on the reservation may enter (no visitors), glass is not allowed in the pool area, and quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m.
Pool towels and beach essentials are in the house.

El condominio es precioso y tiene una piscina enorme, una cancha de voleibol donde jugamos, cancha de basket, un gimnasio que use dos veces. Full equipada, dos baños y muy acogedora. Volveré nuevamente.

October 2026Es la 5 vez que visitamos el condominio, pero primera vez en esta casa, excelebte ubicacion un poco lejos de la piscina principal, pero esta a menos de 50 metros de la otra piscina que mis hijas amaron, la casa perfecta bien equipada lugar tranquilo, todo excelente segun lo publicado. October 2026The home and the condo amenities are very nice. Pools, tennis courts and hot tubs, activity area and play area for kids were all in good condition and close to walk to. The house and condo area are clean, secure spacious, in good working order and as pictured. Communication with the host was very good, they responded quickly and appropriately when we reached out. The location is great, close to the beach and Jaco without needing to be in the more hectic city central. Bread, veggies and fruits right out side the door and good grocery options within walking distance or a short drive. All in all, it was a good stay.
