To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the property in top condition, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
• Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless previously agreed
• No parties or events allowed
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM
• No smoking inside the property
• Please take care of the home as if it were your own
• Any damage must be reported immediately
• Follow all Hacienda Pinilla community rules during your stay

The hosts were wonderful, attentive, and always available to make sure we had everything we needed. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Having easy access to the beach, a swimming pool, and many nearby restaurants made the location perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. July 2026Nos encantó nuestra estadía. La casa estaba impecablemente limpia y cada uno de sus espacios es amplio, lo que nos hizo sentir muy cómodos, a pesar de que éramos 7 personas. Las playas están a solo 10 minutos, y la piscina, aunque es compartida, es amplia por lo que pudimos disfrutarla con total comodidad. Michelle y su equipo fueron excelentes anfitriones: amables, atentos y con la mejor disposición para resolver cualquier situación durante nuestra estadía. El lugar es muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza, ideal para descansar y desconectarse, que era justamente uno de nuestros principales objetivos. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.
