To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the property in top condition, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
• Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless previously agreed
• No parties or events allowed
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM
• No smoking inside the property
• Please take care of the home as if it were your own
• Any damage must be reported immediately
• Follow all Hacienda Pinilla community rules during your stay

July 2026Nos encantó nuestra estadía. La casa estaba impecablemente limpia y cada uno de sus espacios es amplio, lo que nos hizo sentir muy cómodos, a pesar de que éramos 7 personas. Las playas están a solo 10 minutos, y la piscina, aunque es compartida, es amplia por lo que pudimos disfrutarla con total comodidad. Michelle y su equipo fueron excelentes anfitriones: amables, atentos y con la mejor disposición para resolver cualquier situación durante nuestra estadía. El lugar es muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza, ideal para descansar y desconectarse, que era justamente uno de nuestros principales objetivos. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

August 2026This is an amazing house and it’s full of amenities. It has lovely interiors, comfortable rooms and the hosts are super responsive! We were very happy with our choice for this holiday vacation, even though the pool is not private.

August 2026This villa is a dream! Modern, high ceilings, plenty of space, gorgeous area… the list goes on! Access to the Pinilla beach club, which was absolutely beautiful, was a bonus! Good, communicative host. Definitely recommend.

August 2026La Casa es espectacular, eramos 4 parejas y cada uno con su habitación y baño privado. Las areas en comunes muy bonitas, y limpias. La cocina expectacular y completamente equipada. Exc ubicación. Nos encantó. Volveremos sin duda.

August 2026La Villa es muy linda y acogedora, estuvimos hospedados 6 adultos, 1 bebé y 3 mascotas por 3 noches. Es un lugar idóneo para descansar y compartir en familia. La única observación es que soliciten de previo los códigos QR debido a que la seguridad los está requiriendo para ingreso y uso general de amenidades, muy importante que estos sean por todo el plazo de la estadía. De manera general les recomiendo este alojamiento para que pasen unos dias increíbles con sus seres queridos.
