No parties or events — this is a quiet residential community (Nosara Estates). A 4x4 is required to reach the estate; drive carefully on the dirt roads. Two houses, two pools — shower off before swimming. Love the wildlife from a distance: don't feed the monkeys, and keep doors and screens closed. Please respect the neighbors.
