Spread over 940 m² (about 10,100 sq ft) on one property, the house is built so a large group can spend the day together and still find quiet corners.
Seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms: three with king beds, three with two queen beds each, and a bunk room for the kids. A/C throughout and hot water in every bathroom.
The living and dining areas open onto the covered terrace and the pool, so the inside and outside work as one space. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for a full house, with a BBQ on the terrace.
Everything is brand new — the house was built in 2026.

1. Registered Guests Only
Only the guests listed in your reservation are allowed on the property.
Unauthorized visitors or extra guests are not permitted under any circumstance.
Our security team has full authorization to deny or block entrance to anyone not included in the booking.
If you wish to invite someone, please request approval from the Host in advance. Unapproved guests or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of the stay.
2. Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. This helps keep a peaceful environment for everyone.
3. Respect the Space
No parties, no loud music, and no smoking inside the house.
Please rinse off sand before entering the home or pool.
4. Care for the Home
Please treat the house as if it were your own. Report any damage immediately to the Host.
The entire house is yours: all seven bedrooms, the kitchen, the living and dining areas, the covered terrace and the private pool. Nothing is shared and no one else stays on the property.
Parking for six cars — two under cover and four on the driveway.
The house sits inside Hacienda Pinilla, a gated community with controlled entry. We send the access instructions before you arrive.
Casa Providencia is managed by Zafiro Property Management, a local team based in Guanacaste.
We handle everything from here: you get the check-in instructions before arrival, and we are reachable by message for anything you need during the stay — a recommendation, a beach to try, or something that needs fixing. Someone can be at the house the same day.
You have the whole house to yourselves; we are close by, not in your way.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
The house sleeps 22 and that number is firm — it is what the beds, the bathrooms and the community rules allow.
No pets, no smoking and no parties or events. Hacienda Pinilla is a quiet residential community and the same rules apply to everyone inside it.
We are a short drive from the beaches of Hacienda Pinilla and from the golf course.
