The apartment sits on the 18th floor, and the ocean is the first thing you see from the living room and the private balcony. Sunsets are the reason people book this one twice.

THE BUILDING
Live Jaco is a residential condominium with an outdoor pool open all year, a gym, a coworking lounge, a children's playground and beach access. One assigned parking space is included.

The neighbourhood

The building is on Avenida Pastor Díaz, the main street of Jaco, in Barrio Santa Lucía.

Everything is within walking distance: the beach, restaurants, bars, cafés and the supermarket. Jaco is one of Costa Rica's best-known surf towns, with a long beach that works for beginners and a busy strip that stays awake after dinner — and, eighteen floors up, none of that noise reaches the apartment.

Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) is the closest airport, about two hours away by road.

House rules

· Maximum 4 guests. Only guests listed on the reservation may enter.
· No parties, events or gatherings.
· This is a residential building — please keep noise down, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM.
· No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the balcony.
· No pets.
· For safety, do not sit, lean or place objects on the balcony railing.
· Condominium rules apply to the pool, gym, coworking and common areas. We'll send you the schedules with your check-in details.
· The condominium has security cameras in the hallways and common areas, operated by building management. There are no cameras inside the apartment or on the balcony.
· Please let us know right away about any damage or issue during your stay.

Guest access

The entire apartment is yours — it's not shared with anyone.

Check-in is self check-in, so you can arrive on your own schedule: the keys are in a lockbox at the door and we send you the code before you arrive.

Access to the condominium's common areas — the pool, gym, coworking lounge and playground — is through a QR code we send you with your check-in details. One parking space is included.

Interaction with guests

The apartment is managed by Zafiro Property Management. The best way to reach us is through the Airbnb message thread — we're available 24/7, before you arrive and at any hour if something urgent comes up.

We're not on site unless you need us: check-in is self-service and the apartment is entirely yours. Every guest gets a guide with everything they need — how to get here, the wifi password, how the building works, and how to reach us in one tap.

Other things to note

This is a residential condominium, not a hotel — there's no front desk, and the common areas are shared with residents who live here year-round.

The building sets the schedules: pool 7 AM–10 PM, gym and coworking 5 AM–10 PM. We send you the full list with your check-in details.

The apartment is on the 18th floor and the building has elevators.
